Born in 1982, Tara Rice started her modeling career when she was just out of high school. A hopeful model, Tara entered the 2000 Miss Teen California purely for the experience. As it happened, she ended up winning the competition.
Still, celebrities aren’t always born overnight, and Tara eventually took a job as a kindergarten teacher to make ends meet. But when Hollywood came calling, she quit her day job and jumped right into the world of acting and modeling.

She first appeared in The Fast & The Furious, a high-octane thriller with Vin Diesel. Others film roles followed, including Gettin It, Desperate Souls, American Pie II and Austin Powers in Gold Member.
In 2003, Rice won the state finals of the Miss Hawaiian Tropic Pageant and went on to compete for the title of Miss Hawaiian Tropic International. In 2005, she also competed in the Miss California Pageant. Her fit body was then put on display in the pages of the 2006 issue of Swimsuit Illustrated.
As her modeling and pageant appearances started to grow, Rice increasingly found herself in demand within the entertainment industry. After a number of jobs modeling for bridal and fitness catalogs, she appeared in videos by Britney Spears and George Michael, as well as an appearance in the 2005 “Mystified” video by Bruce Gast. Rice also had the honor of serving as a Barbie model for Mattel.
